Andy comes out, measures, listens to what you want, and asks the awkward budget question early so we’re honest from minute one.

Color & Material Plan

Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore samples on your wall, plus a written quote with every product, color, and prep step listed.

Prep & Protect

Floors covered, furniture masked, neighboring rooms sealed off. The prep step is where the result is made or broken.

Finish & Walk-Through

Two coats minimum, then you walk every wall with Andy with the lights on. We don’t leave until you sign off.

Walk-throughs are usually same-week — sometimes same-day if we’re already in your neighborhood. Most interior jobs start within two to three weeks of signing the quote. Spring/Summer ’26 exterior slots are booking now.
Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore exclusively. Specifically Duration and Emerald lines for exteriors, Aura for interiors, and Advance for cabinets. We list the exact product on every quote so you know what’s going on your walls.
Yes — and not as “subbed out” work. Andy is a working owner with 34 years in the trade — and a solid decade of LVP, backsplash, and deck refinishing alongside painting. Roughly 35% of our jobs are bundled (e.g., paint the room + new LVP + new backsplash in one project window).
Three to five years on stain depending on sun exposure and traffic. We use semi-transparent or solid stain based on the wood condition, and we’ll tell you up front which decks need replacement boards before any finish goes on.
No. Flat written quote, signed by both of us. The only time the price moves is if you ask us to add scope — and that gets a new written line item before any extra work happens.
2-year workmanship warranty on interior, 3-year on exterior — on top of the manufacturer warranty for the paint itself. If something peels, chips, or fails in that window, we’re back out to fix it, no charge.
